This program incorporates all of the elements needed to become the next American Ninja Warrior!

In each class, we focus on fundamental movement skills necessary to become the best obstacle athlete you can be. The side-to-side steps, mini trampolines, grip holds, tall obstacles, rope swings, team games & more. Building confidence and fitness at the same time.
